Carriagetown Plaza Special Permit Process Part 2

We have been instructed by the property owner to proceed with the Variance and Special Permit process to erect a new tenant pylon sign to be centrally located within the sites frontage to rt. 110.

We have discuss our proposal and familiarized ourselves with requirements and procedures with The Building Commissioner.

The filing of the Variance and Special Permit application to conclusion will take anywhere from 45 to 60 days (TYP).

We will make serveral references as precedent example, to justify or guide the decision in our favor.
